AccessOAP Information and Support Sessions

Child & Community Resources (CCR) is partnering with AccessOAP to offer a series of information and support sessions for families/caregivers in our community about the Ontario Autism Program. Families / caregivers may register for one or more sessions, depending on their needs.

Virtual Engagement Sessions – The following sessions will be held virtually.

Introduction to AccessOAP
This presentation will provide an overview of AccessOAP and the Ontario Autism Program. This session is designed for families / caregivers who have not yet applied to AccessOAP or who are newly registered.

Navigating the AccessOAP Family Portal
This presentation will provide an overview of the family portal. This session is designed for families who are registered with AccessOAP and who would like to learn more about the family portal.

All Things Core Clinical Services
This session provides an overview of core clinical services, the determination of needs process, and how to review and sign your Funding Agreement. This session is designed for families new to or recently invited to core clinical services.

Reporting Expenses
This session explains how to report core clinical service expenses, including invoice requirements and how to submit expenses through the Family Portal. This session is designed for families / caregivers who are submitting core clinical service expenses and want to learn more.

In Person Resource Sessions (1:1 Support) - 662 Falconbridge Road, Sudbury, Ontario
Are you a family /caregiver who is interested in applying to AccessOAP (Ontario Autism Program)? Or are you a family / caregiver registered with AccessOAP (Ontario Autism Program) who would like or need in person 1:1 supports to navigate the family portal, to complete paperwork associated with AccessOAP (funding agreement), or to reconcile expenses? Child & Community Resources (CCR), in partnership with AccessOAP, is offering in person, one on one Resource Sessions for families / caregivers who would benefit from individualized support with the Ontario Autism Program. Each session will be 30 minutes. These sessions provide dedicated time to work directly with families based on their specific needs.

Once registered, families will receive a confirmation email and invitation (with virtual meeting link) or address for in-person sessions.
