Kim Morris, MA, BCBA, R.B.A
My name is Kim Morris and I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst. I supervise a team of Behaviour Therapists who provide a wide range of services in Northern Ontario. I hold an M.A. in Behaviour Analysis and a B.A. in psychology. I have been working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders since 2003 in a variety of roles. I am dedicated to building capacity within our communities and supporting individuals and families through a variety of services and programs.
Sylvie Kennedy, M.PED, BCBA
Hi, my name is Sylvie Kennedy! I graduated with a BA in Psychology, and a Masters of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I’ve been working in the field since January 2014. I’m the Clinical Director at Behaviour Analysis North, and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2022. I’m really passionate about helping kids and their families here in our community, and throughout Northern Ontario. My special interests include play, functional communication and feeding. I’m looking forward to working with you and your child!
Anna Blackwell, M.ADS, BCBA
Hi, my name is Anna Blackwell and I’m dedicated to facilitating meaningful gains in the lives of individuals through collaborative and evidence-based ABA treatment. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Masters in Applied Disabilities Studies, and over 15 years working in the field of ABA, I have a wealth of experience which I am eager to put to good use. I am passionate about play, skill-building, functional communication, and sharing knowledge with others. I look forward to working with you to determine how best I can support!
Autumn Kozluk, M.ADS., BCBA
My name is Autumn Kozluk and I have a Masters in Applied Disability Studies and am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. I have experience working to reduce severe challenging behaviour and creating individualized supports to promote greater independence. Training, teaching and research are some of my interests and I’ve had the pleasure of presenting my research at provincial and national conferences.
Natasha Cloutier, B.A.
My name is Natasha Cloutier. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Laurentian University and a graduate certificate from the Autism and Behaviour sciences Program at Confederation College! I also have approximately 10 years of experience in the field of ABA. I am a kind-hearted therapist who really enjoys working with children of all ages. I have a great passion for working with families on their goals to support their children with emotional challenges. I also greatly enjoy helping clients learn important independent living and social skills both individually and in group settings.
Stephanie McGuire, B.A.
My name is Stephanie McGuire and I have worked in the field for the past 17 years with both children and adults. My experience ranges from intensive behavioural supports, community based applied behavioural analysis, and community residential support services. I have graduated from the Developmental Services Worker program, hold a BA in Psychology and I have completed the Autism and Behaviour Science program. I enjoy working with a variety of different learners from early to advanced and have experience working with children within schools to help integrate them from intensive services to the classroom.
Claudia Manoni, B.A.
Hello, my name is Claudia Manoni and I am a Behaviour Therapist with Behaviour Analysis North in Sudbury, Ontario. I have been working in the field for the past 15 years; providing ABA and evidence based services to families, schools and members of the community. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology (2005) and have completed the Autism and Behavioural Science program at Confederation College. I have gained a multitude of knowledge and experience throughout my career while supporting both adults and children with a diverse range of strengths and abilities. I am passionate about my work and look forward to getting to know you and your family.
Brontë Land
My name is Brontë Land, as an approaching Bachelor of Social Work graduate anticipated to graduate with honours on June 6th, 2024. My therapeutic practice integrates an insightful understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience with individuals diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders, and individual counselling. Grounded in principles of empathy, equity, and client-centred care, I offer a holistic approach that fosters a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and strengths. With an unwavering commitment to unconditional positive regard, I empower clients to navigate their journey toward healing and growth. I utilize a diverse skill set to provide tailored support that promotes resilience and facilitates positive change.
