Roots & Wings Psychology is a private practice partnership between three Psychologists who have over 28 years of experience in assessment and treatment. Roots & Wings Psychology empowers children, youth and their families to grow through respect, genuine support and quality care.

Jennifer Falcioni, M.A., C. Psych.
Jen is a registered Clinical and School Psychologist and a proud partner at Roots & Wings Psychology. With a passion for empowering individuals and families, she has taken on numerous leadership and capacity-building roles throughout her career. Notably, she led the psychology team at Child & Community Resources, where she played a pivotal role in expanding diagnostic assessment capacity in Northern communities. Jen is deeply passionate about supporting parents in raising healthy, thriving children. She believes that helping parents navigate challenges and providing them with the tools they need creates a ripple effect that benefits the entire family. Her work is rooted in the belief that when parents feel supported, children flourish, and families become stronger. Outside of her professional life, Jen treasures spending quality time with her family. Whether it’s enjoying cozy moments together or embarking on new adventures, family time is her favorite way to recharge and connect. A dedicated professional, a lifelong learner, and a warm advocate for family wellness, Jen is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
Josee Sirman, M.A., C. Psych. Assoc.
Josee is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist with over 7 years of experience in the field. Mrs. Sirman earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at St. Lawrence University and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Laurentian University. Specializing in Psychological Assessments and early intervention, Mrs. Sirman has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, youth, adolescents, and their families in both the public and private sectors. Josee has helped countless individuals navigate their respective diagnoses (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mood Disorders) and achieve personal growth through intervention. When not working, Mrs. Sirman enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She is also passionate about helping youth hockey players develop a strong work ethic, resiliency and a love for the game.
Fay Biglow, M.S., BCBA, R.B.A. (ONT.)
Fay is a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of direct experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since becoming a behavior analyst in 2014, Fay has developed a broad and comprehensive scope of practice, specializing in areas such as verbal behavior, functional communication, behavior assessments, behavior reduction, direct treatment, supervision, parent training, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration. She is skilled in providing Intensive Behaviour Intervention, school support, and facilitating transitions for individuals. Fay has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and clinical environments, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals she supports.
Beyond her professional expertise, Fay manages a very busy schedule, balancing the demands of work with her deep love for her family. In her personal time, Fay is a skilled crocheter, a hobby that allows her to express her creativity and unwind. With her extensive experience, passion for helping others, and ability to juggle a demanding schedule, Fay is a respected professional who makes a meaningful difference in her community.
