Today the provincial government released an update on investments and services for the new Ontario Autism Program (OAP) https://news.ontario.ca/en/release/60220/ontario-expanding-supports-for-families-of-children-with-autism.
As we review the details of this announcement, we will continue to do everything we can to sustain and expand service capacity in the North. The Northern Capacity Building Advisory Committees and Northern Collaborative partners are working hard to ensure the system is prepared to respond to the new elements of the OAP.
